Once an order is submitted, it is final. We cannot refund an order in progress for any reason.
All wheels are make to order thus not eligible for return. However, if the wheel is defective or arrived damaged, an exchange/refund is eligible within 30 days after receiving the product.
To request a return authorization in accordance to our return policy listed in section two under “Return Policy”, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and email address associated with your order. Our products are custom designed and made specifically for your vehicle. Due to the customized nature of our products, a return may not always be possible. Before authorizing a return, we will attempt to solve any issues by sending new replacement parts, etc. We WILL NOT at any time, authorize any returns for “buyers remorse” or due to damage caused by installation errors.
If a return is authorized In accordance to our “Return Policy” listed in section two of our terms, all refunds are issued using the same form of payments that was used during the initial purchasing transaction.
*NOTE: The return and refund policy is NOT applicable for any steering wheel purchases with personalized logos, special coloured carbon fiber, or any additional customizations.
