Here at ASKCARBON, we offer industry leading carbon fiber steering wheels for all makes/models. 

We STAND BY OUR PRODUCTS! Therefore we will do everything we possibly can to ensure to a hassle/stess free buying experience. We will never leave a client hanging!

Final Sale:

Once an order is submitted, all sales are final. We cannot refund an order in progress for any reason. 

Return Policy:  

All wheels are made to order thus NOT ELIGIBLE for return. Once a steering wheel is completed. In addition to our own quality control inspection, high quality professional photos will be sent over to the customer for approval. Only after approval will the product be sent for shipping. On the rare occasion that any products arrive damaged due to transportation, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. For your peace-of-mind, in case there is a problem with your custom steering wheel that is not caused by you, all of our products are at minimum eligible for repair or exchange, and in certain instances, store credit.

Our products are custom designed and made specifically for your vehicle. Due to the customized nature of our products, a return may not always be possible. Before authorizing a return, we will attempt to solve any issues by sending new replacement parts, etc. We WILL NOT at any time, authorize any returns for “buyers remorse” or due to damage caused by installation errors or inexperience. 

 

The ASKCARBON Guarantee:

Please understand that frivolous cancellation/return/exchange attempts will not be entertained. These include situations as listed below as example, but are not limited to:

  1. Totaling/Selling/trading your car while a custom build is in progress
  2. Buyers remorse
  3. An angry spouse
  4. Clearance / Sale / Display Items

We DO NOT cover or will we be held liable for costs and fees associated with installation. Installation is completed by third party performance shops, independently of ASKCARBON. 

Refunds:

If a return is authorized. In accordance to our “Return Policy” listed in section two of our terms:  all refunds are issued using the same form of payments that was used during the initial purchase transaction.

*NOTE: The return and refund policy is NOT applicable for any steering wheel purchases with personalized logos, special coloured carbon fiber, or any additional customizations.
